By accessing or using our applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 2RUN OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our applications on devices you own or control
• Use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our applications, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by 2RUN OÜ. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The name "2RUN", our logo, and our app names ("File Converter by 2RUN", "File Compressor by 2RUN") are trademarks of 2RUN OÜ.

5. Privacy

Our applications are designed with privacy as a core principle:

• All processing occurs locally on your device
• No data is uploaded to external servers
• No personal information is collected
• No account registration is required

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 2RUN OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our applications

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application, if any.

8. App Store Terms

Our applications are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to matters governed by Apple.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update our applications from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. You agree that we may automatically update your applications without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our applications after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our applications and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
